Hopefully this blog will turn into a nice mix of updates on my life and fun reminiscences. In the past, I have made countless resolutions to write in my journal more often in an attempt to record my own personal history, to make myself think more deeply about the things around me, and to record past memories. Hopefully, I’ll have more success meeting those goals here. And now, considering this public format, I will have to add a fourth goal: to be entertaining. All comments are welcome!

W. Speaks on Global Warming
I'm glad the president finally came out with a statement about global warming. I was beginning to get a little tired of Al Gore's junk science and hypocritical powerpoints.
Thanks Ian for the great "exposure" to our Chief's inspiring words. I agree with the president. It seems that all penguins are good for are documentary films and mascots for pee wee hockey teams.
I don't know when this was done. There is a very similar one that Will Ferrell did a couple of years ago about voting that is also very funny. I'll look for it and see if I can post it too.
do any of ya'll have youtube.com videos? i saw the one amber was in...very cool. if ya'll do (now or later) make sure you pass them along. would love to see them.

Will Ferrell rocks! I hadn't seen this yet. I laughed so hard. I'm glad he's concerned about the warmings of the globe.

Unfortunately, I'm not personally in any YouTube videos, although it would be cool. I think we all look up to Amber in that regard.
